OIC Design was engaged by a successful developer at the very beginning of their development process, to envision a project that not only meets high aesthetic standards but also addresses the practical demands of the site. Positioned on a steep slope and surrounded by mature vegetation and existing buildings, the site presented significant challenges that required a thoughtful and creative approach. Our team worked diligently to integrate the natural landscape and existing site conditions into both the architectural and interior designs, ensuring that Kalandra would enhance its surroundings while providing a functional and stylish living space.
Close collaboration with local authorities, engineers, and the nominated builder was crucial in navigating the complexities of the site, ensuring that every aspect of the project was meticulously planned and executed.
Now under construction, Kalandra is set to be completed in 2025, marking a significant achievement in design and construction that harmonizes with its challenging environment.
